About the Project
Nenhuma Futilidade Será Permitida" (No Futility Will Be Allowed) was my thesis project for my bachelor's degree in Visual and Product Design at Esdi/Uerj. Developed in Esdi's basement, NFSP was an exhibition project designed to provoke thought through ideas propagated by prominent figures in graphic design.
The exhibition featured fragments of interviews and classic texts spanning from the early 20th century to contemporary times, exploring their various interpretations and developments. These perspectives sometimes converged and at other times diverged, offering a rich multiplicity of viewpoints. Visitors were encouraged to curate their own collections of ideas—those they found most intriguing or wished to discuss further with friends.
The exhibition ran from November 27 to December 11, 2014, attracting approximately 500 visitors.
